Abstract: 
Reviewed important issue is the effect of increasing the powers of the new constituent entities of the judiciary to expand the range of the function of the judiciary as a whole when carrying out the judicial reform in Ukraine. Attention is accented on appearance of such new features as the promotion of the formation of the judiciary through public scrutiny; transition to the powers of the judiciary full HR function – the dismissal of judges from office. Proposals concerning the establishment of rules and procedures of the Public Integrity Council, considering the fact that it is a public body.
