The article investigates annulment of the court mortgage contract which is the subject real property, such as an architectural monument of local importance. Investigate the circumstances possible recognition of the mortgage contract nediynym. Determined from what point on the object of cultural heritage, and all its constituent elements that are the subject of its protection extends legal status sights.
