Abstract: 
The order of acquisition of real estate on the auction at saling of property in proceeding in case of bankruptcy and its notarial registration are investigated. The documents that confirm a right of ownership on real estate purchased on the auction are analyzed. A moment and grounds of state registration of right of ownership on real estate purchased on the auction are cleared up.
