Paper submission

All applications for participation in the conference should be submitted via the website Academic Journals and Conferences of Lviv Polytechnic National University (science.lp.edu.ua). To apply you should:

1. Register at science.lp.edu.ua
You only need one registered account on the website to apply. Your login and password can be used unlimited number of times for applying to this and other conferences held by Lviv Polytechnic National University. An author must not submit more than two papers (as co-author as well).
2. Post an application
You should sign in on the website and apply on the conference page CSIT 2016. You should enter required paper and author details, as well as upload your formatted paper (IEEE Conference Format) and signed copyright form in PDF (IEEE Copyright Form). Students and PhD students are to upload a confirmation document of student status.
3. Make the necessary corrections according to Secretary’s comments (if needed)

After posting the application on the website it will be checked by the organizing committee for compliance with the formal requirements and originality. Then paper will be assigned for reviewing for three scholars of an appropriate scientific field. You will be announced of reviewers’ conclusions. All the correspondence between applicant and the organizing committee will be held online in the application’s comments thread. Applicant can attach to the next comment the updated paper and/or other files if needed.

Review Process
Papers will be reviewed by at least three scholars in appropriate fields. The program committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation in the conference. The result of the reviewing will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.
Academic Journals and Conferences of Lviv Polytechnic National University system will be used as a review management system, which will allow attracting external reviewers.

Intelligent Systems and Computing Workshop
Authors that submitted papers to CSIT 2016, may also like to participate in workshop Intelligent Systems and Computing (ISC), organized by Lviv Polytechnic National University, Institute of Computer Science and Information Technologies, Kharkiv National University of RadioElectronics, Faculty of Computer Sciences, Technical University of Lodz, Poland under patronage of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and supported by Springer Science + Business Media publishing company.

Papers, submitted for the Workshop, will be reviewed by three scholars in field of intelligent systems and computing. Accepted works will be published as a book Advances in Computer Sciences and Information Technologies in book series Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (AISC), published by Springer Science+Business Media publishing company, and submitted to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink. To join ISC workshop, authors are to apply on the conference page CSIT 2016 (with mark "ISC-Workshop") min 10 full pages paper, formatted due to requirements.

Publication
According to the results of conference, authors may be proposed to extend their papers i.e. accomplish published proceedings with scientific results and change the title of the work, its abstract and conclusions. Extended work, formatted due to requirements and accomplished with author’s CSIT 2016 proceedings citation, might be submitted for publication in international journals:
• ECONTECHMOD (indexed in Index Copernicus and BazTech),
• JOURNAL OF APPLIED COMPUTER SCIENCES (indexed in Index Copernicus)
• MEST JOURNAL(indexed in Index Copernicus)
• SENSORS & TRANSDUCERS JOURNAL (indexed in Scopus)

Presentation rules
Oral presentations:
Time of oral presentations (for regular papers): 15 min. for presentation and 5 min. for questions.
Poster presentations:
The authors presenting their papers at the poster sessions will have at their disposal a panel 100 x 100 cm (width x height). Sticking materials (double-side adhesive tape will be provided by organisers. The posters can be put up during the first conference day and will be displayed until the end of the conference.
The conference rooms will be equipped with a computer with multimedia projector. For computer presentation we provide Microsoft Office components (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Acrobat Reader. For other software please contact the organisers.

Payments

For authors who participated in CSIT 2015, the organizing committee will consider the possibility of additional discounts.
Conference fee includes a sample of Conference Proceedings, publication and organization expenses.

Conference Languages
English will be the official languages of oral and poster presentations during the Conference. German is possible for Applied and Computer Linguistics section only.

Accommodation
The conference will take place at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
One of the sessions will take place in the picturesque place near Lviv.
It is possible to book accommodation in Lviv Polytechnic National University hotel complex or other hotels in Lviv.
